You can permanently delete your kaldr account, and all data tied to it, directly from inside the app. There is no separate request form — the control lives in Settings.
Steps
- Open the kaldr app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (the gear in the bottom bar).
- Scroll to the Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Path: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account → confirm.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in identity (email and display name)
- Your saved practice settings
- Your full session history — breathing rounds, retention and recovery times, cold-shower durations, and timestamps
- Your aggregate stats and streaks
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your practice history cannot be recovered.
Retention
Account and session data are removed from kaldr's active account systems as part of the deletion. Limited provider backups, security logs, consent records, or information that must be retained by law may remain until the applicable retention period expires. They are not used to restore a deleted kaldr account.
